Location of Job: San Francisco, CA

Position Summary:

Serve as primary spokesman for Realtex; communicate Realtex’s financial/operational performance and business outlook to investors; manage Realtex’s relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts; identify investors; support future equity and debt financing transactions through production of data analytics, forecasts, presentations; assist with corresponding due diligence process; conduct analyses that inform terms and structure of future equity and/or debt financing transactions; analyze/propose requirements for funding models/financial analysis; using industry databases (PitchBook, CB Insights); perform advanced data analyses using Microsoft Excel (Sensitivity Analysis, Regressions, Linear Optimization, Correlation, Covariance); prepare business and asset valuation [Comparable company analysis, Precedent transactions analysis, and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation methods]; prepare leadership team for quarterly earnings conference calls by creating investor presentations, analytics, and scripts/talking points/QA; develop strategies to target investors; create/deliver investor relations materials (earnings releases, investor conferences, and investor roadshows); develop ideas to improve investor relations; increase effectiveness of communications with institutional shareholders and sell-side analysts; provide feedback and insight to sr. and operations management on investor sentiment and industry conditions, expected reaction from investment community from proposed transactions, corporate planning/budgeting, and operating results; schedule, arrange, and participate with sr. management in industry and research analyst conferences, one-on-one meetings with investors and security analysts, conference calls with financial community members, and meeting with investors; arrange/coordinate analysts’ and investors’ meetings at Realtex’s offices and field operations; arrange for Realtex’s management/operations teams to meet with financial community; analyze reports prepared by investment community/comparable companies; provide competitive intelligence to sr. management; initiate/respond to written, telephone, and email inquiries from financial community members; and communicate/engage with existing and prospective equity investors, bondholders, lenders, ratings agencies, landlords, and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:  

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration plus 1 year experience. Experience to include analyzing/proposing requirements for funding models/financial analyses; using industry databases (PitchBook, CB Insights); performing advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (Sensitivity Analysis, Regressions, Linear Optimization, Correlation, Covariance); and preparing business/asset valuation [Comparable company analysis, Precedent transactions analysis, and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation methods].

This is a full time position 9am to 5pm.
