Executive / Legal Assistant

We are seeking an Executive / Legal Assistant to provide direct support for senior management, assist with legal contracts, and office management as needed.

Specific duties include maintaining organizational documents, reviewing contracts, spreadsheets, and general files, as well as assisting with internal and external communications, conducting legal research, and create and submit expense reports and check requests. This position will also monitor the relevant community meetings and reporting on the outcomes.

Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superior data retrieval, analytical, and budget organization skills are required. Ideal candidates will possess critical thinking skills and willingness to learn new systems and applications. Proficiency with all MS Office Professional Tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is also a must.

Equivalent combination of education and experience in the area of project management and department support is required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
